The role
Your first agency job should be one where you learn fast, and this is one of them.
You'd work on real client output from week one — social content, campaign assets, presentation design, brand collateral — alongside senior designers, motion artists and a full production team. The work goes out. It isn't a training exercise.
The reason to start here rather than somewhere bigger is proximity. Six disciplines in one building means that in your first year you'll see how a brand is built, how a site gets made, how a shoot is planned, and how paid media uses all of it. Most juniors take five years to see that much.

What we need
- A portfolio. University projects, personal work and speculative rebrands all count — we will look at all of them.
- Working knowledge of Adobe CC, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Curious about AI design tools. You don't need to be an expert — we'd rather you're already experimenting than waiting to be trained.
- Kurdish or Arabic plus working English.
- Based in Erbil.
